During the test, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it closely followed the test manual contrary to what others had said. The four study methods I utilized had prepared me sufficiently for the exam. Although it consisted of only 80 questions, I took a full 3 hours to complete it as I meticulously double-checked every answer. Along with that, I took brief breaks at specific intervals during the test. After completing 40 questions, I took a moment to rest and let my mind wander before continuing. Similarly, when reaching the end of the exam, I closed my eyes and rested for a minute before reviewing my answers. During this review process, I took more frequent mental breaks, approximately every 10-20 questions. While there is also an option for one official break to access snacks from your locker, I found smaller breaks throughout the test more beneficial for me. It's vital to take your time and thoroughly comprehend what each question is asking. Sometimes the options may seem useful for ESL students but not precisely relevant to the question at hand. Therefore, it's essential to be meticulous in answering each question accurately. However, with dedication and focus, passing this test on your first try is entirely possible; I did it and scored a 288!
